Volunteer at the 2009 Decorator Show House
The Decorator Show House is an annual fundraiser for the Museums of Old
York. Volunteers help out in all phases of the project, from planning and
organizing, to the final days of the event. This year Old York is
transforming a 19th century farmhouse on Cider Hill Road in York, Maine.
Interior designers will be assigned one of over twenty spaces to decorate.
They begin work in early May and the Show House opens with a Preview Party
on July 17th. The Decorator Show House will be open to the public from July
18 through August 15

Showcase at the Cottages at Hidden Pond in Kennebunkport, Maine is scheduled
to open on June 27 with a preview gala and remain open to the public June 28

The show runs through July 1, from 12-8 p.m. daily except Monday. Two of the
houses, the Nina Campbell House and the Russian Dacha, will be open through
Sept.15. Admission is free.
